The Prime Minister of Canada would invite the Presidents of Argentina and France to the Prime Minister's Summer Retreat at Harrington Lake, Quebec, just outside of Ottawa in Gatineau and Chelsea. Obviously it wasn't Summer so Harrington Lake would be covered in snow, but nevertheless the residence itself boasts scenic views and a fantastic interior to be able to calm down, relax, rewind. The Prime Minister would ask that armed bodyguards not be brought along as to avoid a shootout between the two sides, but unarmed bodyguards would be acceptable. Armed security would be provided by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police's Prime Minister's Protective Detail, Very Important Person's Protective Detail and "A" Division and the Surete du Quebec. Aircraft would be asked to land at Ottawa-Macdonald-Cartier International Airport and proceed to park at the Canadian Forces Base Uplands section of the airport where the aircraft would be well defended by the Canadian Forces Military Police. Private cars would be available to take them to Harrington Lake if the Embassies in Ottawa were not able to provide.
The Prime Minister would get the fire going in the living room.
