Response from the Singapore Government -- @Hollie
We have two options for FCI to consider regarding our Resident Towers. The first tower consist of 221 condominium units spread out over its 66 floors. It consists of 108 three-bedroom units, 110 four-bedroom units, and three penthouse suites.

The second tower is much larger and consists of 428 condominium units of various sizes spread out over 55 floors. In total it consists of 136 one-bedroom units, 179 two-bedroom units, 68 three-bedroom units, 30 four-bedroom units and 15 five bedroom units.

Tower 1 can accomodate 794 people with the potential for much more if rooms are converted for more space.

Tower 2 can accomodate 893 people with the potential for much more if rooms are converted for more space.

For the record, we are willing to work out a deal for both towers, as well as alternative housing arrangements if more space is needed.

A helicopter pad can be set up directly adjacent to the building if needed but will not cover the use of Cuatro Vientos Airport. The airport has room for roughly twenty four medium sized helicopters and four private jets. Torre Cepsa has an underground vehicle storage facility equipped to handle roughly one hundred cars, vans and motorbikes. An armed car park attendant will be on duty twenty four hours a day but First Choice can appoint their own security to protect the car park if required.
