Secretary-General Stone,

It has come to my attention that several member states of the Global Assembly are in violation of the Resolution for Strategic Ordnance Prohibition. Specifically, the government of Russia has yet to file a comprehensive disarmament plan, despite more than six months having elapsed since their registration. Furthermore, despite well over six months since the resolution's passage, the Kingdom of Sweden is in violation by way of a failure to register their strategic arms with the SADO. Therefore, it is my duty, as the chief minister from France to the Global Assembly, to request the Global Assembly undertake an investigation into these apparent violations of the treaty, and officially lodge a formal complaint in keeping with the STOP Resolution. Please find attached a current copy of this organization's Arms Registrar, as evidence.

I will direct the Strategic Arms Disarmament Organisation to reach out to all nations currently in violation of the Resolution for Strategic Ordnance Prohibition, in order to ensure that all Global Assembly Member States have submitted their stockpiles to the Registrar.

I will also direct the Organisation to initiate preliminary investigations into any violations of the provisions of the resolution.
