RE: Hagia Sophia and the repressions in Turkey
My Brothers Before Elohim,
We write you today to bring to your attention the aggressive and unrequited actions of the piratical government of what was once known as Turkey. For though at the moment they choose to only engage and subjugate their Catholic and Christian populations, We are both aware of how quickly oppressions based on religion can turn from a narrow focus to a much broader one. And let us not forget that though they have recent problems with Our faith, they have a millennial old grudge that stems back to Issac and Ishmael that they are still seething to resolve. And if they are willing to brush aside the words and promises of their own founder in regards to the protection of Christian sites of worship, how much quicker do you think they will be to brush aside any thing that keeps them from turning their swords upon your own brethren within their domain.
As such we write you today to formally begin the discussions that will bridge the gulfs that separate our respective faiths who have the same Lord God as our head. For perhaps if We could settle our differences and stand back-to-back against our true mutual enemy, then perhaps we can halt the seemingly unstoppable “Sword of Islam” before it takes either of us out. I hope that despite your current difficulties in regards to Gaza and the others, that Our Olive Branch will be able to aide you in that fight as well, and won’t prevent you from coming to Us in this endeavour. We await your reply.
Yours in our shared faith in the One True God,
<Signed>
