Foreign Minister Eker,

Your government has been accused of war crimes by the Secretary General of the Global Assembly. I am writing this letter to inform you that your government is being summoned to represent itself in the International Court of Justice. We will be holding a preliminary hearing to decide whether or not these specific charges are worth pursuing in the ICJ. Please inform my office as soon as possible who you will be sending to represent your government as time is of the essence. I would like to schedule this hearing in the comming days. If you have any issues or concerns, please let me know.
