Ambassador,

A case has arisen for the International Court of Justice. This case includes matters which mean that one of the justices may not serve on the court. Therefor, it is my duty to find a suitable replacement. It is my opinion that there are a number of estimable, objective, and unpolitical men of the legal profession in the Kingdom of The Netherlands, and that you may know some of them. I ask that you find a judge who would be capable and willing to serve as a temporary justice for this one case. If the laws of your country dictate that this individual must be political, or must serve the interests of The Netherlands by not being blindly objective, then I ask that you refuse this request. Otherwise, I ask that you get back to me as soon as possible, and have a justice arrive to the International Court of Justice as soon as possible so that we may begin this case. I urgently await your response.
