Post#11 - USA claims Brazil would have purchased weapons from FCI. When actually all he knows is that Brazil procured a loan, but would not be aware. So Ms. Aimee Durand would also not be able to confirm the purchase as the US would have been aware of any such sale.

The First Choice International Sales are PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE and our Players must take reasonable steps to Encrypt, or make Private the orders they make.
Therefore, the United States of America (John) will know that Brazil is attempting to purchase Weapons.
