To your Excellency the President of Taiwan ; I would like to initiate a phone call with your exellency to reshape and reform the relationship between ISAF and Taiwan. This call would have as points, a military cooperation between ISAF members and Taiwan, a trade deal between ISAF and Taiwan, and the possible formal invitation to Taiwan to join ISAF as a Member with normal procedures for the action plan. I wanted to speak to you because it as come to my attention that Taiwan as a interest to join ISAF as of late, is this true? It was told to me by some Portuguese Reps here, so I wanted to fact check it before I made any decision."

"Yes that is 100% true. Taiwan wants to join as ISAF because we want to bring peace globally and help our future allies if needed. I met with President Sousa last month regarding to ISAF and future defence pact. I think from there I believe you have heard about Taiwan wants to join in ISAF. Apart from this, Portugal is our true friend and gave us the recognition in the world."

"hmm, I understand, however we would need to go through various steps before an official entry to ISAF, mainly investigators to review Human Rights, Economy,Military and Political Stability. Would you allow such investigators in your nation? After this all members would have to accept you into a ISAF meeting, where they would ask you questions to know Taiwan better and to also know if they support you or not. After this a small scale exercise would be made in Taiwan to understand if military cooperation is possible and to know your nation military efficiency. After this it would only be a matter of the membership going into voting, in which all member must vote yes. After that you would be official a ISAF member state under certain provisions, and after a year you would become a full member state with all its duties and rights."

"Okay, I am allowing investigators in my country. By the way, I am wondering about investigators will be from what nation. Taiwan's economy is booming, military has no concern and politically we are fine. There are no concerns of Human rights. We have increased our defense research to reduce dependency of foreign purchase."
