Dear Alexander Smith,

Sparrow Industries has been a great friend to the State of Israel and we are looking to outfit the Israeli Air Force and Israeli Navy with new aircraft as we move into a forever changing world. We are currently looking at the NHIndustries NH90 Tactical Transport Helicopter (TTH) and the NHIndustries NH90 NATO Frigate Helicopter (NFH) which will allow us to operate these in challenging environments. I do understand that these helicopters have an introduction date beginning in 2007 but we was curious as to whether partnering countries to Sparrow Industries would be able to build these and we would be willing to pay a good price for these and the labour costs for partnering countries.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the NHIndustries Naval Helicopters; we see that you're enthusiastic of the technological possibilities that come from such a procurement. It would provide a tremendous opportunity for the State of Israel, and a sense of pride for their Airforce. However, we don't have the specialised facilities required to produce these Helicopters without the assistance and expertise of a World Power. We have already asked the Kingdom of Sweden to produce several assets for us, but we don't want to exhaust their goodwill. I will contact my senior to see whether they're comfortable to make a second request and report back to you with the outcome.

For convenience, the TTH Model has a retail price of $46,543,246.43, but this does not include Swedish labour charges. The NFH model is in early development, with deliveries not expected for another two years.
