The Israeli Navy began preparations to move assets from their home ports into the Mediterranean Sea, the deployment of assets and their locations was kept secure and only known by those involved in the operation. Before the deployment, they oversaw the loading and fueling of each vessel which was loaded with enough food and fuel to last for up to a month before future replenishment. It was decided that assets would be deployed into Israeli territorial waters (KM) to protect transiting vessels and the fishing community and then when it was appropriate, they would receive new orders to join up with any coalition task forces to protect the region from Turkey.

- INS Eilat (64x Personnel, 1x 20mm Phalanx CIWS, 8x RGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missiles, 64x Barak 1 surface-to-air missiles, 2x Mark 32 SVTTs (6 tubes))
- INS Lahav (64x Personnel, 1x 20mm Phalanx CIWS, 8x RGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missiles, 64x Barak 1 surface-to-air missiles, 2x Mark 32 SVTTs (6 tubes))
- INS Hanit (64x Personnel, 1x 20mm Phalanx CIWS, 8x RGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missiles, 64x Barak 1 surface-to-air missiles, 2x Mark 32 SVTTs (6 tubes))
- INS Ashkelon (180x Personnel, 24x Shtil-1 medium range missiles, 8x Igla-1E, 8x VLS launched BrahMos anti-ship and land-attack cruise missiles, 2x K-630 CIWS, 2x twin 533mm DTA-53-11356 torpedo tubes)
- INS Leviathan (35x Personnel, 6x 533 mm (21.0 in) torpedo tubes, 4x 650 mm (26 in) diameter torpedo tubes)

Once all briefings, checklists and preparations had been complete. Personnel would load onto their respective vessels and would depart port headed for their assigned locations across Israeli territorial waters. They would remain in Square KM for the time being which was unknown to the Turkish Government. On board each vessel, sensors and processing systems would be monitored to detect any unknown vessels and electronic warfare and decoys would also be prepared in the event of a confrontation with any enemy vessels.

Israeli Army Personnel securing border post near Rosh HaNikra, Israel
TOP SECRET
The Israel Defence Force would mobilise ground assets and would deploy the 21st Reserve Infantry Battalion to border crossings between Israel and Lebanon alongside law enforcement agencies to lock down border crossings to prevent a ground invasion from Turkey through Syria and Lebanon. Personnel from the battalion wore bulletproof vests and carried loaded primary weapons which included fully loaded Tavor assault rifles and M4A1 Carbine assault rifles. The personnel had positioned their Zelda APCs near the roads to block anything from entering Israel through any of the border crossing points, the weapons would also be manned but were not aimed at any targets within the territory of Lebanon.

The Northern Air Defence Regiment based at Ramat David Air Force Base would activate with the personnel belonging to the regiment using the EL/M-2080 Green Pine radar, two AN/FPS-117 radars and four AN/TPQ-36 Firefinder radars to detect any ballistic missiles, cruise missile, artillery attacks and any aircraft incursions into Israel. The 109th "Valley" Squadron based out of Ramat David Air Force Base would also move into 'Priority Reaction Alert' with twelve of the twenty-five General Dynamics F-16D Fighting Falcons attached to the squadron being fully fueled and loaded with weapons (1 × 20 mm (0.787 in) M61A1 Vulcan 6-barrel rotary cannon, 511 rounds, 6 × AIM-9 Sidewinder, 3 × AIM-120 AMRAAM, Lockheed Martin Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod, SUU-42A/A Flares/Infrared decoys dispenser pod and chaff pod and AN/APG-68 radar) ready to deploy at a moments notice should they need to intercept any unknown aircraft.

Southern Air Defence Regiment Headquarters, Hatzerim Air Force Base

TOP SECRET
With the intelligence passed on from their Australian counterparts based in the Gulf of Aqaba, the Southern Air Defence Regiment would move into alert status with the potential of an aerial assault from the south. They would base one out of two of the two AN/FPS-117 radars attached to the regiment out of Eilat Naval Base which further extended their range into Saudi Arabia which gave them the advantage in detecting any aircraft taking off inside some of Saudi Arabian territory.

The 107th "Knights of the Orange Tail" Squadron based out of Hatzerim Air Force Base would also move into 'Priority Reaction Alert' similar to their colleagues in Northern Israel with twelve of the twenty-five General Dynamics F-16D Fighting Falcons attached to the squadron being fully fueled and loaded with weapons (1 × 20 mm (0.787 in) M61A1 Vulcan 6-barrel rotary cannon, 511 rounds, 6 × AIM-9 Sidewinder, 3 × AIM-120 AMRAAM, Lockheed Martin Sniper Advanced Targeting Pod, SUU-42A/A Flares/Infrared decoys dispenser pod and chaff pod and AN/APG-68 radar) which would be ready to take off at a moment's notice with pilots staying in living quarters next to their hangers to minimise delay should they need to deploy.
