The Ministry of Defence has submitted a tender to governments and private companies across the world as they look to purchase a replenishment oiler and stores ship. Governments and private companies are invited to submit tenders with specifications as the Ministry of Defence is currently under discussions in regards to required specifications, it was simply a case by case scenario in which they would deal with the bids.

Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Congo would not be informed of the tender thus unable to bid.

This consisted of the Fort Rosalie-class Replenishment Ship , priced at 388,505,000.00 per vessel exclusive of VAT.
