The Submarines received orders to go secretly underway and proceeded out of Napoli. The path of the patrol JN-JM-IM, where they would wait to intercept Brazilian Shipping, Namely BS003, BS004 (Both for France), and BS005 (For Russia), which were registered to follow a route taking them into the Mediterranean Sea, which would most force them to go through the approaches to the Strait of Gibraltar. On the path out to sea, the submarines would travel on the surface and would travel monitoring their passive sonar, making sure that they aren't being followed. Once through the Strait of Gibraltar, the submarines would dive, and use their active sonar to track shipping traveling towards the strait.

The Submarines would return to Napoli (IM-JM-JN) and Refuel, after which they would traverse back (JN-JM-IM) to the approaches to the Strait, where they would continue their monitoring, however, at this point, their objective has changed from monitoring and targeting shipping, to monitoring and targeting any military deployment. They would travel with their Active Sonar on, and would continuously keep an eye out for any contacts as they continued their patrol of the Gibraltar Approaches. They would not, however, at any point, be crossing over into British or Spanish territory, and they would try to avoid, other nations' territories as well.

The submarines would return to Napoli through the same route as they have before, before being ordered to return to their docks and await further orders, Operation Wolfpack was canceled for the time being.
