Dear Secretary Linh,

We seek to establish greater relations with our Asian neighbors and as such, we are reaching out to your government requesting a formal meeting. We feel it is to our mutual benefit to work together for the betterment of our people and the pacific region at large. Among the topics we would like to discuss are:

1. Confirming the status of our diplomatic relationship and committing to peaceful future relations between us
2. Ramping up economic cooperation between our peoples and opening new trade routes between us.
3. Establishment of an Asia-Pacific Conference and/or trade organization

Mr. Kan is present in our Hanoi embassy and would be happy to meet with either yourself or one of your representatives as soon as possible.
