Dear sir/Madame

The Japanese ground self defense forces have bought a couple of months ago 25 Challenger 1 Main Battle Tank with a maintenance licence (#0064).
The order has already been transfered via bank wire (Link). We are now a couple months furter and still haven't received the tanks.
Can you please let us know when the tanks will arrive?
If not we would like to get our money back from the order.
