I hope this email finds you well. As the 48th Anniversary of the Korean War draws closer we hope that this spirit can drive ROK-Turkish Relations. Ahead of the 48th Anniversary, the Korean Government hopes we can offer to assist in the rebuilding of Turkey's Armed Forces. Based on our previous records, the previous Turkish Government had sought a joint-development effort to use the K9 produced by the Republic of Korea. The KDIA would be happy to produce the T-155 Firtina ahead of the anniversary at a favorable price to the Turkish Armed Forces. The KDIA also offers its services to assist in co-production of Turkish weapons and development of new systems. We also hope that you will take the privilege of accessing the KDIA's diverse weapons systems and platforms produced to assist in the redevelopment of the Turkish Armed Forces.

Dear Director Seejeon,

Thank you for your most generous proposal regarding the T-155 Firtina SPG project and your offer of assistance with the rebuilding of the Turkish Armed forces. Ahead of this most important event of the 48th anniversary of the Korean War we would certainly like to start a development project between our two nations governments and the purchase of the T-155 from KDIA. I would also like to let you know that the Republic of Turkey has significant plans to improve upon the military and expand to an extent larger than that of any nearby rival nation in the Middle East and Balkans as the region has grown more unstable over the years and things are expected to only become worse. To add to this I would like to let you know that you should expect a significant purchase of weapons and equipment from the ROK shortly as part of this plan to increase the firepower of the ROT as set in place by the board of defense.
