I hope this message finds you well. I am the newly elected Prime Minister of Madagascar and I would like to visit Germany to open relations between our two nations. Specifically I would like to discuss a potential large scale purchase on behalf of King Andre and the people of Madagascar. Specifically, we are looking to modernise the Emergency Services of Madagascar which have previously been forgotten and neglect by previous governments.
