Dear Whom it may concern (Connor),

The Republic of Korea recently at paid a large sum to the United States of America specifically American Defense Sales for a large amount of aircraft. They have taken payment however have so far failed to produce and deliver products that are paid for. I would like to know if STRÖMBERG would like to take up a legal case against the United States of America in the International Court of Justice, Ideally we would like to avoid attending a court battle but will take it all the way if needed, I look forward to hearing from you.
