With the response received by the South Korean government it was all systems go in terms of pre-flight preparation and planning. The Swedish Air Force would begin preparation of an Airbus A330-300 VIP Transport aircraft; capable of flying a maximum range on 11,750km and a maximum payload of 45600kg the aircraft is more than capable of flying the 7,476km joruney from Stockholm, Sweden to Icheon-si, South Korea. Ground crews and service personnel would begin preparing the flight with catering facilities, foods, beverages alongside the necessary pre-flight cleaning and tidying that's required before the delegation board. With Swedish aircraft kept in spotless condition throughout their service the process wouldn't take too much time before the Secretary boards the flight with a small delegation.

Amongst her being the Assistant Secretary of Foreign Affairs for Asian Affairs Melinda Nilsson, an aide for each of them and a six Swedish Security Service personnel. The security personnel are dressed in black suits bearing a blue tie with the Swedish coat of arms emblazoned on the from, all personnel are linked by personal radio and each Secretary is designated their own callsign for the purposes on foreign communications. Personnel are armed with both a sidearm and a taser concealed in a shoulder holster and their black blazers - to the public eye they are not clearly armed. All personnel identifies are concealed by sunglasses.

The delegation details, including the status of the armed personnel, is passed over to the South Koreans.

After boarding the aircraft shuttles down Stockholm International Airport runway and into the air for the flight... a few hours later the flight would enter South Korean airspace and on the approach to Icheon International Airport.

With the Swedish Aircraft inbound for Incheon International, Air Traffic Control would give priority to the aircraft ensuring it was given priority landing and once on the ground taxi'd to an isolated area where an armored convoy would await the Swedish Delegation to enter before driving off towards the hotel so the Swedish Delegation can rest before the meeting tomorrow as the flight would have been a long one.

Three floors of the hotel would have been cleared and sealed off by local law enforcement officers. A total of 12 Special Forces Operators would have been drafted in for the protection of the Swedish delegation, half of the 12 would already be at the airport in the armored convoy while the rest would be at the hotel making last minute security checks in and around the area.
