5 Days Before Operation Al-hikmah
The Chief of Staff of Algeria sat across from his leader, nervously tapping his fingers on the desk. The morning sun shone in from the window, and the world outside seemed so peaceful and unaware of the events about to take place.
"Sir, I've been doing my research," the Chief of Staff began. "It's time to take decisive action against the GIA. We can mount a large-scale operation to attack them, and I believe it can be successful."
The leader of Algeria leaned back in his chair, his brow furrowed in thought, and his fingers drummed on the armrest. Finally, he spoke. "I understand that this action may be necessary, but what are the risks? How certain are you of the outcome?"
The Chief of Staff nodded. "Sir, I'm confident that this plan will be successful. We have our best men on the job and I'm confident that the operation will be a success. Plus, it will send a message to the GIA that we are serious about ending their reign of terror in the country."
The leader of Algeria nodded slowly. "Very well," he said. "Let's do it." With that, he stood and shook the Chief of Staff's hand in agreement.
