My Country has come across verifiable intelligence in the Deep Web that militant non-governmental organizations in Zimbabwe/Rhodesia have attempted, and apparently have succeeded, in producing C8 Assault Rifles. In response to this, I request that your company prevent the manufacturing of any of these weapon systems and similar weapons systems that are not directly authorized by Colt Canada.
