Dear Minister , We know very well that our countries had sank in cold relations for a long time because of the cold war, and the movements of our former president Saddam Hussein, me, the president and the members of the Iraqi government wish to make an alliance with you and we ask you for the repatriation of the corpse of our late President Saddam Hussein in Iraq so that he can rest in peace in his country, otherwise we think that this alliance will come to us of use for one as for the other because it will help us economically and militarily, and we also inform you that our ambassador will be ready to join your capital Washington DC when we sign our pact soon.
