The Mexican International Committee, is a secret organization, comprised of 5 Cells, located approximately 10 miles west of Mexico City. While it is not a part of the Mexican Armed Forces, it does station members of all the branches. The compound is designed so as to blend in with the surrounding area. It comes equipped with the latest in design. This includes but is not limited to, motion sensors, thermal and night vision camera's, facial recognition, and more. The main structure stands 6 stories tall, and is the largest building in its immediate area. The main structure is known as the Citadel, while the separate cells are known by a color of room, these include the Green Room, White Room, Red Room, Gold Room, and Black Room. Each cell has a specific task and function.
