Greetings. I am Abdellatif Filali, Minister of foreign affairs and cooperation for the Kingdom of Morocco. First of all, I would like to express my admiration of your country, it is clear that you have done much to imporve it. Our histories have also been closely intertwined, and, although at times our nation's relationships have been difficult, I would like to use this new chapter in Moroccan history, dictated by the ascension of Mohammed VI to the throne, to closen the ties between our nations.
