Hello, me again.
So I would like to object to the following post on several grounds https://modernnations.com/threads/operation-环龙-huán-lóng.1358/#post-9594 . The ruling on one affecting the applicability of the other.
The first one is, the first paragraph relies on the fact that my deployment was not sufficiently detailed. This is referring to https://modernnations.com/threads/prc-operation-guardian.2240/ . I would object to this assessment as I did specify both the ships and aircraft were fully armed, stocked, equipped (including manpower) and fuelled. Furthermore at several points in the RP have HeadlessSeeker and other players responded to elements of this RP in their fully intended and implied way. First of all there is https://modernnations.com/threads/oplan-kabutihan.2563/. In this thread the Philippines detected and contacted two Type 055 destroyers. These destroyers were deployed as part of Guardian to the Subi Reef. The rp involved direct contact between the crews of the ships, we all know the GA and ICJ events that followed.
Then there are https://modernnations.com/threads/operation-环龙-huán-lóng.1358/#post-8311 and https://modernnations.com/threads/vt-message-to-china.1116/page-3#post-8335 in these posts Sumit both detected and relayed information about Guardian to Vietnam. In https://modernnations.com/threads/vt-message-to-china.1116/page-3#post-8840 HeadlessSeeker acknowledged what Sumit had identified, thus implicityly recognizing the prior RP.
In https://modernnations.com/threads/philippines-vietnam-private-meeting-in-hanoi.1399/page-2#post-8928 HeadlessSeeker explicitly responded to the Subi Reef incident which established above was a direct result of the operation he is now disputing. In other words at two different stages and all the RP that followed upon it HeadlessSeeker had no doubts about the nature of Chinese deployments, their capabilities and most importantly at no point did he bring it up. Neither did the other two people I linked, both allies of Vietnam. That is leaving aside all the other players that directly or indirectly accepted the movements of a RP that was posted weeks ago. No one to my knowledge at any point had these movements wiped.
As such I feel that even if the original operation were too vague (something I do not acknowledge), a lot of people seem to have understood what it means and acted based upon it. On that ground I feel HeadlessSeeker should respond to the post on those very same assumptions.
If you feel otherwise and the original operation is truly void, then I bring up a complaint on my second ground.
In the previous support ticket it was indicated that the reason my immunity was voided was the deployment of assets into disputed territory.
If Operation Guardian did not happen, the deployment into the South China Sea did not happen. A ship without a crew can't go anywhere after all until we invent unmanned destroyers. The deployment not happening means there would be no conflict with the Philippines or provocation, there would be no Global Assembly resolution, there would be no ICJ case, there would be no ruling, there would be no injunction. Dozens of posts would need to be voided and as the grounds for removing immunity are also gone, the original spy operation would need to be voided as well as at that point immunity would be active.
