The Secretary of State, rather surprised by the response would courteously reply, "Undersecretary, I would ask your government not to take any hasty decisions. I have made this call to discuss the situation surrounding the Republic of Argentina and the French Republic. I believe you may have misunderstood the Dutch position in this conflict. The Netherlands is maintaining a position of neutrality, though not abandoning its duty to protect the innocent from war and conflict. I would like to make it clear that my government does not support the French government in its actions, neither entering your airspace or killing your military personnel can be excused. However, that should not be a reason that innocent civilians are to suffer the threat of invasion and occupation."

"There is one last thing that I would request of you to bring to your superiors, my government has managed to receive a guarantee from the French administration to delay or cancel any planned offensive operations, their military assets should now simply have the directive of defending their territory. I this can be taken into account to understand that my government is seeking an end to this conflict."

My Government sees this Treaty your nation signed with a BELLIGERENT nation as a direct intervention and a clear favoring of Argentina's opponent in this, until now, bilateral conflict.
We have a professional army, and trust them to execute their orders accordingly, reducing any potential collateral damage as much as possible.
