We're pleased to say, the Dutch have been successful in their endeavor. We have attached Exterior and Interior Design Plans, approved by our Board of Directors. These Prints, I'm sure will serve useful when we establish a Construction Date. We're largely dependent on the flexibility of the Government we intend to partner with... That is why, I must ask the Dutch Government to reach a settlement with First Choice on Corporate Tax charges. Preferably, below 12% and one that is not impractical to our business or clients. The Royal Netherlands Air Force Airbus ACJ319Neo would file a civilian flight plan for a flight from Eindhoven Air Base to London Heathrow and back to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Once approved by British authorities the aircraft would depart following instructions from Air Traffic Control on its journey. Arriving at Heathrow the aircraft would make arrangements for refueling and the boarding of Mr Alexander Smith.

Once ready the plane would make its journey back to the Netherlands where, after having his passport checked and stamped would be escorted by officers from the 2 BSB Peleton to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate. He would be required to go through a body scanner and have his bags x-rayed before being brought to a private conference room where the Minister was waiting.

She would walk forward to greet him, extending her hand to offer a handshake.

And not wanting to waste the generous offer, we planned to convince the Dutch Government later. Audacious of us, I know... The Official Bid said that we couldn't operate a Helipad on site, but we could use The Hague Airport? We require 2 Permanent Stands, that are closely positioned. I've calculated the Annual cost to be $72,000? Flight Plans will be submit to Air Traffic Control when we have opened our Second European Site in the United Kingdom. Flight Time between the two sites are approximately 1.5 Hours.

Considering the nature of our Business, First Choice requires Armed Security permanently stationed on site. You said this could be arranged, as per our request? I'm sure not one without Additional Costs. They'll work closely with our own Security Force who will operate within the Headquarters of Rotterdam. A list will be prepared so that you can arrange powers of an Extraordinary Investigative Officer. What details do you require for this?"

Of course it is rather peculiar that you attempt to change Dutch taxation laws after you've voiced your intention to move here, rather than bringing forward your concerns earlier. For stands, you'll need to finish the paperwork with the airport authority, as for flight plans just ensure they are filed on time and adhere to Dutch aviation safety standards."
