With the meeting about to take place, an armored convoy would be dispatched to pick up the Spanish delegation. Once the Spanish enter the vehicle, the vehicle would make its way over to the meeting location, the Director-General would be waiting outside for the Spanish delegation, a conference room would be prepared for the meeting. Notes and folders would be made for the meeting and placed on the table.
