I am contacting you today with the hope of finding a way to upgrade the two Lockheed C-5A Galaxy aircraft of the Royal Netherlands Air Force. If possible my government would like to request quotations for the various versions we could upgrade to in order to make a well informed decision on the future of the aircraft.

We find this price acceptable and I have authorised the transfer. The Royal Netherlands Air Force can conduct the transfer of the aircraft to the location where the upgrade will take place or we can authorise the transfer of Sparrow engineers to the airbase for on-site upgrading.
