To whom it may concern,

I am contacting you today with the hope that it is possible for the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the United States of America to further deepen our defence cooperation. The Netherlands is seeking to invest in the capabilities of our armed forces, and specifically in our severely weakend navy. We believe that with the acquirement of American naval vessels we would be able to rejuvenate our navy and allow it to operate both at home and abroad to defend our interest and that of our allies.

Therefore I wish to put forward the following acquisition request in the hope we can come to a mutually beneficial agreement:

2x Ticonderoga-class cruiser
2x Henry J. Kaiser-class
18x C-RAM
20x AN/TPQ-36 Firefinder radar
