The Minister would reply on the encrypted and secure line. "Mr Silva, I can only thank you for those kind words. I can assure you that my government shares your views. As both allies and neighbors on the European continent, makes our friendship so much more important. As our nations share rich historical and cultural ties, I hope that the future looks even brighter for our continued partnership. To add to the topics of ISAF and Europe, I was hoping to add the subjects of economic cooperation to the list" the minister would say, taking a short pause to catch his breath.

"I would be honoured if you would be willing to start our conversation, shall we start from the top and discuss ISAF?"

"Of course, that is also a very important matter that we should discuss. Let us start with ISAF then" The minister would pause sipping a bit of water from his desk.

"I believe that ISAF should start expanding more into other nations, like a enlargement, mainly in North America and Europe, I believe France,Austria,Canada and Germany could be extremely valuable assets. And, to add, ISAF could start to focus more on its foreign policy, mainly threats and partnership deals with other nations. I do wish to bring this up to Mrs.Sara Vos, which currently heads the Political Affairs of ISAF. Do you share the same views? Not to mention greater cooperation between Member States, possibly a summit of sorts to reinforce the committent of his member state to come into the defence of its allies. "

"While we agree an enlargement would be beneficial, we must question it's pace. We have seen many government rise and fall in short periods. I believe an update of our member action plan should be deemed suitable, possibly one of the many things which could be discussed at this summit you have mentioned. While we would like to see greater cooperation within Europe, we have also voiced our support for Pakistani ascension one day, as we feel their government acted mature and logical during the Austrian crisis and managed to avert a conflict between ISAF and ICAN. Our government supports your view for greater cooperation with non-member states, possibly through a reassessed and reworked peace program. As for cooperation between members, we would like to see an increase in exercises, possibly a simpler and faster way on purchasing eachothers equipment, and of course initiatives which increase our national security from emerging threats such as terrorism and cyber."

"If you wish to discuss something with Ms Vos, then I suggest you contact her personally, I'm certain she would be more than pleased to discuss any ISAF topic with you."

"Exactly my thoughts! I believe our nominee for ISAF SecGen, wants to redefine the membership process making it more accessible to other nations, either by formal invitation by ISAF or a membership action plan. After a clear evaluation process taken part by ISAF Agents which will revenue the nation stability, military, economy and social policies. As you know, we have seen a strange rise in Fascism over the late years, which is concerning."

He would pause for a few seconds, drinking from his glass of water.

We would also like to propose in future a new legislation for ISAF, becoming more unites and interconnected with policies that bound our economies and populations, like a dedicated system for the interchange of students of our universities, perhaps more agencies in our various member states, the creation of a Humanitarian Aid Agency within ISAF, Re-design its finances to allow a better allocation of funds for nation policies and infrastructure paied by ISAF it self, we need to see in the long term Mr. Albronda, ISAF currently is more than a Military Alliance, its more of a Global Agency capable to make greater things in the fronts of Technology and Development. ISAF is a tool to improve the world we live in. Don't you agree?"

"We would definitely support plans for a review and a rework of our member action plan. While we wish to see new nations strengthen the alliance, we must be certain that they are compatible with the organisation. The core of ISAF should be to remain a military alliance, while policies into the sectors of economy and social affairs may be beneficial they could significantly change the meaning of the alliance. It will need to be reviewed and debated, but your ideas may be better suited with the European Treaty Organisation."

"However, we would support movements to have ISAF also become an organisation which can prevent conflicts through the form of humanitarian aid, infrastructure, finances and rebuilding. ISAF definitely needs to regain it's place on the international stage and we hope the new Secretary General will lead us on the right path."

"This membership review would include surveys from ISAF investigators on Human Rights, Economic Stability, Social Stability, Political Ideals, Diplomatic Relations, Military Strength. It would also return to the rank system, where a nation with smaller armies can still contribute to its personal capability, where as nations with more military might will be the spear heads. Alongside that, more political integration. That is true, however ISAF is already very very well established, with a strong background." He would pause for a moment.

"Also true, ISAF as the potential to do good in the world and lead it to greatness, which is what Mr.Barroso wants to accomplish."

"I suppose this would be something much more suitable to be discussed in an ISAF setting, possibly alongside the other member states. I do want to state that we hope to see an increase of ISAF activity on the military front as it seems that the organisation has become a bit stagnant in that field. Possibly with the reinstatement of an Allied Military Commander."

"However on a more bilateral note, I would like to propose the idea of a Fair-Trade Agreement between our nations. The Netherlands maintains a standard version, does Portugal have their own trade agreement template. Or would you be happy to use our?"
