I just read Joe/France's reply to my counter.
- France launched 100 SEPECAT Jaguars to Alexandria, but as confirmed by the RP notice, only 65 arrived.
Joe is saying now that the 65 returned to France because the other 35 ran out of fuel, which is literally not only backtracking on his previous statement and ignoring the RP Notice (which says 65 arrived), but also reacting with metagaming on my counter that I took the planes down. I request for my downings to be confirmed.
- On the other hand, regarding the airstrike in Corsica, as stated in his post #19, and I quote,: "Without any sort of reprieve, Wave 2 would arrive with their 60 Dassault Mirage 2000Cs. Once at the same range as the First Wave they too, would launch their Exocet missiles."
Considering he explicitly mentioned he would launch the missiles once at the same range as the first one and "without any sort of reprieve" , meaning with no hesitation basically, he cant just say now that he saw my counter that his aircraft Of the second wave did not launch, backtracking his own words and actions, which I countered.
He confirmed that wave 1 failed fue to the short range, wave 2 has to be in the same situation since he explicitly said they did launch.
In consequence, the rest his last post has to be voided, given it never happened. Players cannot backtrack, changing their previously stated facts based on the responce made from the opponent, which is metagaming. If he writes it, we have to assume it happens.
Consequentially, my post should be succesfull and my aerial deployments to Corsica should have arrived without incident, while his Mirages went back to base, as he stated in post #19.
