Given the impending Tsunami about to hit us and the Pacific Islands we are asking that you waiver this legal action on the basis of compassionate grounds so we may be able to get these planes in the air quick in the aftermath of the tsunami and begin delivering humanitarian aid where it is needed most.

We hope with this, you are well placed to respond to the crisis and support those most at need. Our Thoughts are with New Zealand, as the Tsunami soon approaches. We offer our support during these challenging times, and if we're able, assist with a Financial Contribution to help Communities left in urgent need of Shelter, Food, Water and Healthcare.
