Good Afternoon,

In February 1997, the Canadian Government submitted an order for 360 M2A2 Bradley's which contained a
maintenance licence for the total cost of 1,938,731,760.00

The goods were delivered in the following months from the initial order, however, reviewing the customer
statements we only have two recorded payments.

This means that the Canadian Government have a current balance of 969,365,880.00 outstanding
to pay Nexus Group. Please consider this chase 1/2 to request a payment of the outstanding balance.

Templeton,

I have authorized the Department of National Defence to send your company the outstanding balance for the purchase of the three-hundred and sixty M2A2 Bradleys.

However, in doing more research regarding this and the previous government's purchase, it has come to my attention that the Department of National Defense had sent a third payment sometime in May of 1997 but it was not accepted by Nexus and thus the transfer lost. I am unsure why the payment was not accept, but I do ask that you assure your company accepts the transfer this time so that we may avoid having to do this again and that we can continue a healthy business-consumer relationship.
