[Nigeria] Franco-Nigerian Abuja Summit

Preparations would begin at the Ministry of State for the Hosting of French Dignitaries, including the French Secretary of Foreign Affairs and the CEO of the French Defense Industries. Private and Secure rooms would be established with full outside encrypted communications. Refreshments would be prepped for fresh cooking once the delegates were on route, and laptops, tablets, and projectors were rushed into the main conference room. Guards would tighten security and ensure no intruders or unauthorized personnel were in the building. The entire grounds would be swept for bugs. The Airport would be secured by the Abuja Capitol Police and one of the landing strips for Private Contractors would be contracted for a quick and efficient unloading. Limousines would be prepared along with a full police escort and approved Photo Only Nigerian and French Press were invited to take photos of the Dignitaries and the Nigerians greeting one another, after this the meeting and discussions would be completely sealed off from the public.

An Encrypted and Private Email Notification would be sent to the French Defense Industry CEO as well as the French Secretary of Foreign Affairs that preparations for the summit were nearly complete.

The CEO of the French Defense Industry and Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian would receive the encrypted email and would send an encrypted email of their own that they would arrive in Abuja by the next morning.
