From the: Nigerian Minister of State: Viola Adaku Onwuliri
To the: Head of Sales, DIAP

Greetings, we are writing you today in reference to your bid to fill the needs of the Nigerian National Guard. We are happy to have received your bid, and we would like to apply some modifications and specific instructions if possible. First, we would like all vehicles to be built in batches of 500 or less. We are willing to pay more for this inconvenience assuming DIAP would cover any production issues that may rise due to the multiple production lines. This would ensure our entire order could be delivered much faster and ensure the rapid mobilization of our National Guard. Beyond that, we would like to increase the number of certain vehicles. Below are the vehicles with the new amount we would like delivered.

110x ANOS Penetrator Fire truck
3,000x Marine Multi-Purpose Vehicles
150x Barako AEV (modified to include additional canister dispensers for tear gas)
150x ANOS Patriot Fire Truck (for crowd dispersion)

If all of this is agreeable, please forward me a new quote for the entirety of the order and confirmation that the vehicles will be built in lots of 500 or less, and we will transfer the funds immediately. If you have further suggestions or concerns please let us know, we are happy to answer your calls.

Regards,

Viola.

Everything is indeed in order and looks excellent. We are most happy that this business is concluded and we will be sure to keep you in mind as we open further contracts to rearm the rest of our armed forces. The Philippines can be happy with the high level of efficiency and speed in which you deal with your clients and their needs. Should you have any further questions or suggestions for equipment to better allow our National Guard to handle any situation please do not hesitate to let us know. We always appreciate the input of professionals. On that topic, we are looking for a front line ambulance to deploy with our medic battalions in the national guard, we would be happy to purchase these from you as well if you have any on offer.

Thank you for your purchase order. Rest assured we will deliver all your ordered items on time. We will keep in touch with your government for project updates.

As for the ambulance, unfortunately we currently don't have an appropriate solution to offer you at the moment. We will however take this into consideration in our future indigenous product development.

Once again, thank you for doing business with DIAP and we guarantee Nigeria's satisfaction.

Sincerely yours,
