Good Evening,

In accordance with the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, I have the responsibility to inform you of the following:
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall be closing its embassy in Brussels and all other consulates within Belgium. Inside of our embassy in Brussels, we have several hundred people who we are going to fly home, along with our ambassador, by air to Norway. This will be done within 48 hours.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is declaring the ambassador, security, and all diplomatic staff belonging to the Belgian embassy in Norway, as well as all consulates, persona non grata. We will give them 72 hours to leave the Kingdom of Norway, and will offer transportation to the airport if necessary. We will be closing the embassy of Belgium in Norway, as well as all Belgian consulates in Norway, as a result of this.

As promised, the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs began the process of closing all of their diplomatic outposts in Belgium. Norwegian civilians, refugees, embassy/consulate staff, and security and the ambassador/counselors would be evacuated from Belgium to The Netherlands. Then, from The Netherlands, the properly designated people would be evacuated to the Kingdom of Norway via air. The Dutch government would be informed of this. All refugees would be left in Dutch hands, along with the personal information about them gathered by the Norwegian embassy staff. This included fingerprints and other details.
