RECIPIENT: CEO of Nexus Limited (@Jamie )
SECURITY: ENCRYPTED AND TOP SECRET
Good Evening,
I am writing to you with the permission of the Council of State, including the Prime Minister. In fact, His Majesty King Oskar requested that I specifically contact you directly. The subject of which I'm contacting you is secret, and I ask that you keep it so - as much as possible - even within your own corporation.
Members of the Government and Council of State noticed a press release from Nexus that stated it is now offering vehicles internationally - vehicles specifically designed for world leaders. This is specifically attractive to His Majesty's Government for a number of reasons. First, the Storting has recently allocated billions of krone for national defense and national security. Secondly, the King and the Prime Minister are both in need of new vehicles for their motorcades. Thirdly, and most specifically, the the Royal Family requires exceptional details for the King's motorcade. King Oskar is eight feet (2.44 meters) tall, and Crown Prince Enoch is seven feet (2.13 meters) tall. The height of our country's royalty presents a unique problem for transporting them, which we have only been able to haphazardly deal with. The King's public appearances are often limited by where the King's Guard and the Royal Police Escort may place his motorcade so that he has an appropriate amount of time to get out of his vehicle - he's often opted to lay down in limousines.
The Kingdom of Norway is interested in procuring a number motor-vehicles (and also possibly aircraft) to make into respective motorcades for the King and Prime Minister. The King's motorcade, of course, would require more specialized work to accommodate for the Royal Family's natural conditions. You may be able to provide greater details of what vehicles are available. If it would be helpful, I can provide you with the following information. Due to His Majesty's condition, we believe it would be best to have the King's motorcade consist of limousines so so that if the vehicles' roofs are slightly higher than average, it will not be that noticeable. If the interior of a limousine could be designed so that there is space for him to sit upright, or at least partially lay down comfortably and with dignity, that would be within the realm of what we would find to be acceptable. The Prime Minister does not necessarily require a limousine, but as previously stated, is still in need of vehicles for a motorcade. I am open to suggestions. I am sure it goes without saying that there would need to be modifications made to these vehicles so that they are safer than the average that a civilian would operate.
Please ensure that your response is encrypted. Otherwise, I will have to deny that this conversation ever happened.
Very Respectfully,
Vegard Flom
Lieutenant Colonel, H.M. The King's Guard
