Good afternoon, I hope that you are doing well. I have been granted permission by the government to contact you in regards to the purchase of three icebreakers of the same type: The Oden-type icebreaker. Would the Swedish government be willing to produce three of these vessels for us, and if so, what would the cost be? From what I understand, these ships would originally fall under the jurisdiction over the Royal Navy and likely be moved to the Coast Guard or Norwegian Polar Institute once they are reestablished. The Oden-Class Icebreaker is one of the finest icebreakers in the world, not just in Scandinavia or Sweden. Naturally, with the Swedish interest in the Antarctic continent this piece of equipment is held dearly by the nation, something we couldn't bare to see distributed around the world with consideration to it's might, durability, endurance and overall capabilities - with that in mind, the Kingdom of Norway is the only other nation on the globe to have established territory in Antarctica, as a brother to our nation we strongly believe we have a duty to assist you in the defence of your nation by all appropriate means.

I'd be happy to sell to you the Oden-Class Icebreaker, of course on the condition that should you no longer need this equipment it is either scrapped or returned to the Kingdom of Sweden. This ship should at no point be sold, leased, loaned or given to any other nation without the expressed permission of the Kingdom of Sweden. I have no doubt that you'll be respectful in honouring us those rights.

The ship is valued at a production cost of $650,000,000.00 - I would be happy to eliminate any profit made and produce three to the total value of $1,950,000,000.00.
