Ambassador Loftus,
I am writing to inform you that three Americans have been found alive in the rubble of Kapital Tower. Two are unconscious, but their younger son (10 years old) is awake and alert. His name is Thomas Robertson. His parents are: Abraham Robertson and Martha Robertson. All three have been transported to Aker Hospital in Oslo. Both Mister and Mrs. Robertson are being evaluated, but I am told that they should survive. I don't have any solid numbers yet for you, but the Foreign Ministry is aware of at least five dead Americans who have been found in the rubble. I will be sure to keep you as updated as I can in this hectic time.
