Information: The vessels shall remain one mile from the western coast of the island once they arrive.

After receiving information from the Swedish government, the Minister of Defense ordered that a task force consisting primarily of the newly established Royal Coast Guard and the Royal navy to be mobilized and deployed to Bouvet Island. The mission was oversaw by high-ranking officers in the Coast Guard and would include a sizeable deployment of six companies of the Coastal Defense Force. The Royal Air Force was put on standby to make a further deployment, if necessary. Once the orders were received from Akershus Fortress, the Coat Guard went to work and within almost no time, the Coast Guard's task force was steaming towards Antarctica. The vessels would refuel from the KV Bravo-1 as needed. The submarines would travel 40 feet below the surface for most of the journey, but they would surface if there was a need to recharge their batteries or to take in fresh air. The entire task force traveled at 17.5 knots and remained at a safe distance from one another in order to avoid any kind of collision, even at night. Throughout this journey, the task force would be actively searching with their radars for any surface or air threats.​

Instead of taking a direct path to the final destination, the task force would sail towards Brazil and would anchor between Illha Fernando de Noronha and the Brazilian city of Natal. The Task Force made sure to stay out of Brazilian waters and remain in international waters. The Coast Guard vessel: KV Bravo-1 sailed towards the Brazilian city of Natal and, before entering Brazilian waters, would radio in its position and state that it was coming in to refuel. Once the tanker was accepted, it would dock and fully refuel its storage tanks to the safest high capacity. The vessel would then return to the rest of the Task Force, which would continue towards Bouvet Island.​

The Brazilian Navy would allow for the Norwegian fleet to enter its waters.

The Natal Naval Base was home to the Northeastern fleet, one of the ships of the fleet, the AIB Mato Grosso would be making its routine patrol in its average speed, it's radars and sonars active during the patrol. The frigate would spot the large Norwegian fleet and its fleet composure as it patrolled the Brazilian Waters, the encrypted information being sent to the Navy's High Command.

The KV Bravo-1 would be allowed to refuel and dock before being escorted by the Brazilian Frigate through the Brazilian Waters until it reached the International ones once again.

As previously stated, the Norwegian fleet did not enter Brazilian waters, nor did it even approach Brazilian waters. The only ship to do so was the KV Bravo-1 which was clearly marked as a Coast Guard vessel. The other ships, as described, stayed between the aforementioned island and the Brazilian mainland - this would put the fleet over 100 miles from Brazilian territorial waters, let alone the Brazilian coast, meaning that standard civilian or port radars would not be able to detect the fleet. The unnamed Brazilian frigate would not detect the Norwegian fleet, because there is no reference to it having ever being deployed on any kind of patrol mission.

The KV Bravo-1 would return to the fleet and head towards their final destination on the path as previously described without entering the territorial waters of any nation other than Norway, and remaining in international waters the entire time. They would travel as discreetly as possible, while maintaining the previous precautions, and would also maintain radio silence unless otherwise ordered to do so as they made their way to the aforementioned destination.

The waters surrounding and in-between the island of Fernando de Noronha and the coast of the city of Natal is well within the Brazilian EEZ. As it was stated that the Norwegian Fleet was anchored in-between these two locations, the Fleet was within the EEZ of Brazil.

While the Brazilian frigate may not have been able to detect the Norwegian Fleet, as the fleet was within the EEZ Brazilian fishermen would spot the fleet during their normal fishing routine. Worried of noticing large warships and icebreakers with Norwegian flags they would quickly notify the local authorities who would, in turn, notify the Natal Naval Base of this fleet. From the fishermen's description of the warships and the amount of the ships, the authorities would be alarmed and the information would be forwarded to the Department of War and Defense.

The Brazilian fishing ships would be warned, once they were 4 miles out, that the Norwegian fleet had a circle of four miles of protected airspace and waters around the fleet. They would kindly request that the Brazilian fishing vessels not violate this protected space. If the Brazilian fishing vessels did not come closer, then there would be no issues. Meanwhile, the Brazilian fishermen would easily be able to identify that the fleet was: Norwegian, consisting of ships of different (unspecific) sizes, and its location.

The Fishing Vessels would keep their distance, not daring to approach the Foreign vessels, especially due to their military nature.

Nevertheless, no issue would arise from the exchange between the fishermen and the Norwegians, whose route would not be disturbed, some of the fishermen would return to the Island, contacting the local government about their sighting.

Two fishermen on one of the boats would be smoking as they watched the large fleet, speaking in Portuguese.

"Marcos, why are there Norwegians here?"

"Go figure...You know how those Norwegians are João, crazy for fish."

The Norwegian Task Force arrived a mile off the coast of Bouvet Island without further detection or monitoring from any other force. All of the ships would refuel and replenish their food stocks before either going to port or anchoring in a safe place off the coast of the island. They awaited further orders from the High Command, and would until then remain there as their base of operations.​

The six companies of the Coastal Defense Force were unloaded onto the island and entered into the safety of the facility where they were brought to their living quarters and fed. For now, the facility went into a "dark mode" where all of the exterior lights around the facility were extinguished, except for the primary lighthouse which continued to function as normal.
