  • Lima Company, Mount Cervino Battalion, 4th Alpini Paratroopers Regiment 150x Airborne Rangers
  • Detachment Bravo, 22nd Combat Helicopter Transport Wing, "Muleback" 3x CH-53K King Stallions, 6x Pilots, 6x Personnel.

The Forces involved would begin staging for Operations, the IFVs would stage in an alleyway next to the Ministry of Defense, less than a mile away from the Argentine Embassy. All but 5 of the troops from the 343rd Mechanized Infantry Battalion would be armed with Beretta ARX160 Assault Rifles with 3 full spare magazines each(All ARX160 Magazines would be loaded with live FMJ rounds), the remaining 5 would be carrying Franchi SPAS-15 shotguns, each carrying 3 full spare magazines (each dutch loaded with tear gas rounds and bean bag rounds), the magazine in each shotgun being full of breacher rounds. All of them would carry Beretta 92FSs as sidearms and would carry M90 NBCR Masks. The men would be allowed to wait inside the Ministry of Defense, using the cafeterias as barracks and mess halls for the 48-hour wait. Their target was the Embassy.

The CH-53Ks and Lima Company of Mount Cervino Battalion would stage at Practica di Mare Air Base. The CH-53Ks had their centerline seats set up, and the pilots and personnel (who were manning the side guns) would arrive to take their places and would sit on alert. Meanwhile, the Airborne Rangers would lay down on their packs outside the helicopters in a "waiting" position, expected even to sleep there, being dismissed only for chow at the base's mess hall. Each Airborne Ranger was outfitted with an M4A1 SOPMOD Carbines, except for 2, which were equipped with ARX 200 DMRs. All of them would carry 5 extra magazines (full, loaded with lethal FMJ Rounds), a Beretta Model 92FS Sidearm with two spare magazines. 10 of the Airborne Rangers would have a SPAS-12 slung around them, alongside their carbine, loaded with breaching rounds. Their Target was the Consulate General.

The Troops would await their deployment, all Officers involved would have their clocks set to 25 minutes before the deadline, to allow them time to get into position.

With the Argentines willingly leaving the country, instead of simply ignoring the warning like the Brazilians had in Berlin, the involved units stood down and returned to their headquarters positions for future deployment.
