Sales Agreement:
1. Product Pricing:
- Our primary product offerings include a range of defense and military equipment, such as armored vehicles, communication systems, weapons and ammunition, surveillance technology, access control solutions, and alarm systems.
- The cost for products is determined based on the specific requirements of the client and the chosen products, and all prices are in USD.
- Panther Security charges an administrative fee of [16%] on the total cost of products and services as part of the sales agreement.
- This fee covers the administrative costs associated with the installation, maintenance, and support of the defense systems.
Clients have the option to choose from two payment plans:
- 3-Month Installment: Clients are required to make an initial deposit of the total project cost upon signing the sales agreement. The remaining balance will be divided into two equal payments, payable in USD, to be made at the end of each of the following two months.
- 6-Month Installment: Clients are required to make an initial deposit of the total project cost upon signing the sales agreement. The remaining balance will be divided into five equal payments, payable in USD, to be made at the end of each of the following five months.
- Panther Security provides comprehensive support and maintenance services for all products and services.
- Clients can access our 24/7 customer support for any inquiries, maintenance, or technical assistance.
In the event of contract termination, Panther Security will process refunds, if applicable, according to our company's refund policy.
