I am unsure how much runway the Tu-22 would require but Khok Kathiam AFB's 7,200 feet runway should be enough and the base is far enough away from civilization to not make our international guests uneasy.

Once there, they should be transported over land to Khok Kathiam Air Force Base for their final preparations. Additional crews and minor equipment will be transported on commercial flights."

If you bought equipment on our behalf and held them in storage until we could pay for them, we could purchase a large amount of the equipment once a month.

If you are interested in such a proposition, here is the equipment that the Rattanakosin Kingdom would be interested in acquiring from Russia: 6 Tupolev Tu-22M3, 2 Ilyushin Il-78, 48 Mil Mi-17 Transport Helicopters, 60 Sukhoi Su-27, 24 Mikoyan MiG-31M and 24 Mil Mi-24VP. This should total up to roughly 4,572,475,298.02$. We would be able to pay all of this back in roughly two to three months, with interest if you wish to make some sort of money back from this.
