First off, we like to thank you for your recent purchase of our commercial ship. We understand that you have placed an order for two (2) Very Large Crude Carriers (VLCC). The VLCC is a massive crude/oil tanker and no doubt it is built to operate in the rough vastness of seas. However, please be advised that the VLCC is not suitable for operating only in these two (2) locations: the Suez Canal and the Panama Canal. Only in these two (2) locations. On the other hand, we do have the Suezmax tanker which is certified to safely operate in Suez canal and in the Panama Canal.
PIMPS pride itself for it's customer care and satisfaction from pre-sales to post-sales. Hence, in good faith and as a gesture of our customer care, you may want to reconsider your recent purchase of our VLCC and perhaps reconsider opting for our smaller Suezmax tanker, while formal steel-cutting haven't started yet on the manufacturing of the VLCC's. Should you opt for this alternative option, PIMPS will reimburse the excess of the payment you have transferred to us on your recent purchase order.
