To Whom It May Concern,

First I would like to congratulate the Tsarina and the Russian people for fighting for their freedom. While in the past Poland and Russia have not been friendly, it is our duty as the grandchildren of those who pursued such ideology to rectify the situation and establish friendly diplomatic relations between our two nations. I understand you are currently fighting with Turkey and their bullying ways in the Med. Poland supports those who stand up to such bullies. I would like to send a diplomatic mission to Moscow to discuss the formerly mention relations and how to improve them.

Sincerely,
Gustav Yankovich
Ambassador - Russian Affairs

To: Ambassador Gustav Yankovich
From: Minister of Foreign Affairs, Igor Ivanov

Dear Ambassador Yankovich,

I thank you for your congratulations, Ambassador. We are in fact fighting the Turkish as we speak, although with Russian forces closing in on Ankara, the war is likely to be over very soon.

We would be honored to host you and an entourage at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Building in Moscow. I am currently too busy to attend in-person, sadly, but I could have First Deputy Minister Aleksandr Avdeyev host you in my stead.

Kindest Regards,
Igor Ivanov
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Russian Empire

Dear Minister Ivanov,

Thank you for your rapid response, Minister. We are sad to hear that Russian Forces are having to face death in such a place as Turkey but we are happy to know that Russia has decided to stand up to such a bully like Turkey.

It would indeed be an honor to meet within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building within Moscow. I will be assuming my duties within the Polish Embassy shortly and, once I do, I would most graciously take you up on the honor of seeing the Foreign Affairs building.

Sincerely,
Gustav Tankovich
Ambassador - Russian Affairs

Gustav Tankovich would file his flight plans with both his office, both at home and the Polish diplomatic mission in Russia, and the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, detailing who he was and when he would be landing at the Sheremetyevo International Airport.

After a routine flight, the Polish diplomat would land at the Sheremetyevo International Airport and be met by his diplomatic counterparts at the mission where they would drive him to the Polish embassy. Once there, Gustav would freshen up before sending a communication to his contact.

The day after receiving confirmation from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ambassador left his residence in Moscow via vehicle with diplomatic plates. As the driver drove him to the designated meeting location, 32/34 Smolenskaya-Senanayake Square, Ambassador Yankovich flipped through the various briefings and dossiers given to him by his predecessor to better prepare for the meeting that approaching quickly. He wanted to be be fully prepared for what was to come. This was his first major meeting with a nation like Imperial Russia and he did not wish to embarrass himself, or the Kingdom of Poland.

A few minutes before noon his car came to a stop outside of the address given the Ambassador took a deep breath to calm his nerves before exhaling it as he stepped out of the vehicle. He approached the building and approached the front desk after entering.

“Privyet, my name is Ambassador Gustav Yankovich and I have a meeting at noon with Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov.”
