| Prime Minister Lefebvre, I am sorry that the reason this message is being sent is due to a large scale terrorist attack on the capital of France. With what is expected to be a large loss of life and an even larger list of wounded, I would like to offer my deep condolences. With the rate things are going in the world, I expect Poland will be the target of another terrorist attack before too long. I am sure Poland is one of the few European nations to truly understand what your nation is feeling at the current time. I would like to offer whatever assistance Poland can give at the current time which is access to immense capability and experience of the Polish Royal Special Forces and the Polish Office of State Protection. |
