Greetings, I am writing you this message to ask permission to have five Polish naval vessels to refuel within US territory while they are transiting from Gdansk to New Caledonia to reinforce the Polish Naval Task Force currently there. This is an effort increase Polish force projection in the area since the bombing of our embassies within Bangkok earlier this evening. We of course would offer the use of our own replenishment tanker currently located at New Caledonia for American forces.

I will need to know what ships (by name and class) that your government desires to have refuel in the United States. I also need to know what navy facility that the Polish Navy desires to use for refueling. Please let me know as soon as possible so that I can pass this information along to the Pentagon and the White House.​
