Ambassador Patanakosol and Minister Sathirathai, Due to the continued actions of the Republic of the Thailand and the dissemination of classified information I regret to inform you of the closing of the Thai Diplomatic Mission to Poland located within Warsaw, Poland. From the time of this message sent your government will have 48 hours to remove all personnel from Poland or risk incarceration. Per the Global Assembly Resolution on International Diplomacy you have been given 48 hours to cease function of the Embassy and vacate the premise. All Thai personnel will refrain from leaving the Embassy except to be escorted to the airport by Polish Policja and Office of State Protection. We are not limiting the ability to allow the Thai personnel to leave but we are limiting the ability for the Thai personnel to interact with the general public due to the danger of leaking classified information the Thai government may or may not have.

Minister Borusewicz,

I deeply regret to learn that the diplomatic mission of the Republic of Thailand to Poland must draw back its curtain. I thank you so much for allowing me to stay and represent the goodwill of the Thai people in Poland for the last five years. Poland has been nothing but my second home I could envision myself living here when I become old. Yet, it is such a sorrow that my time here has come to an end. During my time here, I have met with many diligent, kind Polish public servants who try their best to serve the dreams, will, and aspirations of their people. I have never seen such a country in my life that its citizens are so united and free.

While the geopolitics complexity has led to the closure of the Thai embassy in Poland, the experience I have learned, witnessed, and lived through will not be forgotten or taken for granted for my entire life, as long as the last cell in my body can breathe. Poland is a beautiful and hard-working nation. The people here have welcomed me and treated me warmly, not as a foreign diplomat, but as a genuine human being. While allegiance to the Thai Government is undeniable, the loss and suffering of the Polish nation I have learned in history class is as important as the contemporary narrative.

The Thai Prime Minister placed a lot of optimism and confidence in our fruitful and cordial relationship, something that has been giving us the strength to continue working abroad for all these years. It is truly sorrowful for me, the embassy staff, and the Thai nation that our relationship couldn't work out. While we may have to part, I believe the experience that we have gone through together couldn't be replaced or replicated. The love and candor we share for the mutual growth of our countries are nothing but a testament to the goodwill that we share and will embrace eternally.

May peace be with us, and may the cause of democracy, human rights, and stability guide us forward.
