Objectives

• Provide Support for Allied Forces
• The 18th Mechanized Division(Designated BLUFOR) and 11th Armored Cavalry Division(Designated REDFOR) will perform a mock training exercise

Bridagier Genearl Franciszek Gagor, as well as the commanders of the three divisions taking part in the operation, would be briefed within the Ministry of Defense in Warsaw in a closed office belonging to a lower ranked officer. From there they would travel back to their respective commands and begin mobilization of their forces under the guise of a training exercise.

18th Mechanized Division:

The 18th Mechanized Division would issue a stand to order for all 3,000 personnel stationed at the various barracks within the sphere of influence. They were given twenty-four hours to return from leave and establish themselves at the Headquarters within Siedlce. During the twenty-four hours muster period, the personnel on the bases would begin doing diagnostic checks of all vehicles being sent to participate within the training exercise. Tracks and tires would be inspected for any damage before being repaired or exchanged for new parts. Oil and fuel levels would be checked and topped off. Once the maintenance routine was finished, the Star 266 trucks would be loaded with munitions for a one week deployment, set to last one week, twenty-one thousand rations(21,000), and twenty-nine thousand(29,000) gallons of water would be loaded. Each soldier would be equipped with one(1) FB-Beryl assault rifle, five(5) thirty(30) magazines, and two(2) fragmentation grenades. Each soldier would be wearing their field uniform wz .93 in the Pantera camouflage pattern, their OLV Splinter vest in Pantera pattern with a front steel insert, and a Helm wz. 2000. One member of each squad would be issues one(1) SVD marksman rifle with six(6) five(5) magazines. One member of each squad would be issued one(1) RPG-7D and a bandoleer holding 3 PG-7VL rockets and 3 PG-7VR rockets. One member of each squad would be issued one(1) UKM-2000P general purpose machine gun and 2 one hundred round boxes.

Each crew member of the vehicles participating would be issued a PM-84 Glauberyt machine pistol and six(6) twenty-five(25) round magazines and a WIST 94 pistol with three(3) sixteen(16) round magazines. The PT-91 Twardy's being used the exercise would have Erawa-1 plates attached, loaded with forty(40) rounds for the 125mm main gun, two thousand(2,000) rounds for the 7.62 GPMG, and two hundred and fifty(250) .50 caliber rounds rounds for the .50 anti-aircraft gun.

11th Armored Cavalry Division

The 11th Armored Cavalry Division would issue a stand to order for all 2,800 personnel stationed at the various barracks within the sphere of influence. They were given twenty four hours to return from leave and establish themselves at the Headquarters within Zagan. During the twenty-four hours muster period, the personnel on the bases would begin doing diagnostic checks of all vehicles being sent to participate within the training exercise. Tracks and tires would be inspected for any damage before being repaired or exchanged for new parts. Oil and fuel levels would be checked and topped off. Once the maintenance routine was finished, the Star 266 trucks would be loaded with munitions and fuel for a one week deployment with high amounts of fire and movement, set to last one week, nineteen thousand six hundred rations(19,600), and eighteen thousand and twenty six(18,026) gallons of water would be loaded. Each soldier would be equipped with one(1) FB-Beryl assault rifle, five(5) thirty(30) magazines, and two(2) fragmentation grenades. Each soldier would be wearing their field uniform wz .93 in the Pantera camouflage pattern, their OLV Splinter vest in Pantera pattern with a front steel insert, and a Helm wz. 2000. 3rd Training Aviation Wing

The 3rd Training Aviation Wing would issue a stand to order for the 250 personnel of the 41st Training Air Base. They were given twenty-four hours to return from leave and establish themselves at the Headquarters within Dęblin. During the twenty-four hours period, personnel on base would being doing diagnostic checks of all vehicles being sent to participate in the training exercise. Tracks and tires would be inspected for any damage before being repaired or exchanged for new parts. Oil and fuel levels would be checked and topped off. Helicopter hydraulics, rotors, and instruments would be triple checked before the all clear was granted. Once the maintenance routine was finished, the Star 266 trucks would be loaded with munitions for a one week deployment, set to last one week, one thousand seven hundred and fifty(1,750) rations, and two thousand three hundred and fifty-five(2,355) gallons of water would be loaded. Each soldier would be equipped with one(1) FB-Mini Beryl assault rifle, five(5) thirty(30) magazines, and two(2) fragmentation grenades. Each soldier would be wearing their field uniform wz .93 in the Pantera camouflage pattern, their OLV Splinter vest in Pantera pattern with a front steel insert, and a Helm wz. 2000.

Once the muster and diagnostic checks were completed, the 41st Training Air Base would mobilize their forces to the targeted spot, a large groups of fields to the north of Małaszewicze Małe and west of Terespol. There the 41st Training Air Base would begin establishing two different FOBs on opposite sides of the field. One for the designated BLUFOR and one for the designated REDFOR. Helicopter landing sites were also established for either side.

While the 41st was establishing the FOBs, the 11th Armored and the 18th Mechanized would move from the launch areas and reconvene at the site of the training exercise.
