It is of my utmost honor to contact your country. Portugal has been trying to establish contact with our Portuguese consulate situated in Brussels, and according to our most recent messages, a few Portuguese citizens are more than willing to travel back to Portugal for the time being. Seeing that the political situation in Brussels is currently volatile, The Portuguese Royal Assembly has put forth the motion to send 3 C-141 Starlifters along with 3 UMM Alter II's to facilitate and ensure safe travel of our Portuguese Citizens. I am sending this message to you to ask for permission and clearance of our aircraft and vehicles to enter Belgian territory.

The Operation would be conducted within a 2-week time period, if needed, we would contact you for any other inquiries. I wish to hear from you soon.

However, The Supreme Soviet has yet to assemble due to a constitutional referendum and upcoming elections taking place at this time. As we have no quarrel with Portugal, your request shall be accepted but only because we cannot gurantee the security of foreign nationals at the moment. We trust this shall suffice.
